Our Friends in Haiti Needs Us
Dear Friends,
Haiti continues to be in total chaos and pain. Those who lost all they had are leaving the city but where will they settle? Croatian Relief Services, Inc. is in close touch with our representatives in Haiti. Each day we are feeding thousands and thousands more need to be fed. Out of desperation our convoy of food from Dominican Republic was attacked and half of the container was taken by hungry crowds.

We do not mind this event because hungry people were fed without the food reaching its destination at Cardinal Stepinac
Youth Center in Port-au-Prince, Haiti.
Croatian Relief representatives in Port-au-Prince are doing all they can to feed the hungry and to save lives. On our part, we must pray and do what we can to help. This effort will be long and painful. I ask you to do all you can in your community and among your relatives and friends to direct their attention to the most devastated country in the western hemisphere.

Croatian Relief Services has been working in Haiti for the past five years and hunger and pain were present prior to this catastrophe but we cannot handle the disaster of this magnitude without people like you. 100 % of funds that Croatian Relief receives will be used to help these desperate people in Haiti. We are happy to tell you that 3 of our containers have just arrived in Port-au-Prince today and will be distributed immediately to the most needy people of this disaster. Please help us save lives and pray with us that our efforts will bring blessings to the people of Haiti. Monetary donations will go towards the greatest needs, such as food and medicine. Help us spread the news and send your generous donation to Croatian Relief Services. Your donation is tax deductible. May God bless you!
Your Servant of the poor,
Rev.. Gio M. Belanich
